AgroSpecialist an overview AgroSpecialist is an initiative of 12 organizations, which have a long time experiences in the education and continuing education of trainees from the agrarian sector in Central European and Eastern European countries These trainees have acquired not only technical know-how during their stay here in Germany, but rather have also got a look at the cultural context of our society and are extremely well suitable as an assistant for enterprise, which would like to invest in these countries. The Agrospecialist internet portal was created with the aim to optimize the mediation of well-trained, young agrarian experts from Middle East European Countries in farming enterprise and organizations, which would like to be involved at site. The young farmers have the possibility to apply for a workplace according to their education in Central Europe and East Europe. Only if young people with attractive workplaces can be bound medium- and long term in the rural areas in Middle East European Countries, the development n the agrarian sector in these countries can be protected lastingly. In the meantime AgroSpecialist is recognized as a non-profit organization, whose members and supporters are the initiators and sponsors of the project.
