General terms of business and costs AgroSpecialist e.V. is a non-profit organisation. To offer these services on this internet portal, the organisation depends on sponsorship. Therefore enterprises, which would like to use the portal can support AgroSpecialist. The contribution for a passive membership (min. 100,00 EUR) is tax deductible. (1) Employment ads Members have the possibility to submit employment ads on the Agrospecialist internet portal. AgroSpecialist e.V. reserves itself the right to limit this offer by time, thematically and/or the range. (2) Search Requests Members can use the AgroSpecialist e.V. to submit search requests according to their applicant requirements. Agrospecialist will then contact training organizations regarding suitable job applicants among the former trainees of these organizations. In case the trainees agrees, the contact is handed over to the member, which was requested the information. On request Agrospecialist can assist, within the framework of the possibilities, to contact the former trainee. To process the search request an expense allowance of 75,00 EUR (incl. 16% VAT) has to be paid. Because Agrospecialist does not function as an agent, the allowance is to be paid no matter whether a contract is or is not made with the former trainees. (3) Restriction of liability For the completeness and correctness of the information about the potential job applicants within the framework of a searching request according to no. 2 or for the correct and entire presentation of the employment ads according to no 1 AgroSpecialist is only responsible in case of intention or coarse negligence. (4) Statute of the organisation  Statute of the organisation (PDF)With accepting the general terms of trade you apply - provided that you are still no member - for admission as a sponsoring member for the Agrospecialist organisation! The amount for the sponsorship annually 100, - Euro and is tax deductible. As a member you have access to the services of Agrospecialist. After the confirmation of these terms a representative of Agrospecialist will get in touch with you. |
